JOANN FRANCAVILLA
Joann Francavilla has over 15 years’ experience in non-profit and corporate development. As the Director of Strategic Partnerships for Better Business Bureau of Greater Maryland, Joann oversees the development of business partnerships and sponsorship opportunities and is fostering the growth of BBB’s newest program B4 – Building Better Business Behaviors – which focuses on training emerging entrepreneurs on ethics and integrity in business.
She is a dedicated volunteer, most recently serving as a mentor in Junior Achievement’s Rising Women Program. She is a past Board Member at the Domestic Violence Center of Howard County (currently HopeWorks) and has also volunteered with Howard County Concert Orchestra, Columbia Patuxent Rotary and the University of Maryland School of Medicine.
A native New Yorker, Joann has grown to call Maryland home. In her spare time, she loves spending time with family and friends hiking, biking and time at the beach.
