Originally from the Midwest, Laura lived in Los Angeles for twelve years prior to her move to the east coast. She created internship programs at two different television stations for the news departments. She enthusiastically promoted the internship program at local universities including UCLA, USC, and California State University. As a part of managing the internship program, Laura recruited, hired, and conducted orientation sessions, as well as completed evaluations.

Laura holds a degree in Communications and worked in the travel industry planning creative and meaningful vacations for her clients.
