Scott Harbinson is an International Representative for the International Alliance of Theatrical Stage Employees, Motion Picture Technicians, Artists and Allied Crafts (IATSE). He has worked in the Motion Picture and Television department of IATSE since 1990 overseeing production locals in the Southeast region and serving as the principal organizer in the eastern United States.

 

Scott holds an undergraduate degree in Economics from Marietta (OH) College and an MBA from the University of Baltimore.
